As per parasha astrology principles the strength of
planet depends on the house in which planet is posited. Some of the rules in
regard to analysis of horoscope given in Parashara are discussed below:
1. Any
planet posited in Kendra house (1,4,7,10) gives an exceptional good results.
But if that planet is lord of Kendra and also being posited in Kendra will
suffer with Kendra Adhipati Yoga. Hence reducing the benefic results.
2. The
planets posited in Panaparas houses (2,5,8,11) gives medium strength to the
planet and even yield medium result.
3. The
least result is given by the planets posited in Apoklima houses (3,6,9,12).
They are weak houses. This follow an exception and house 3rd and 6th
is considered as upachaya house, hence result can be improved by the own
efforts and when considering the result of 9th house we must not
forget that 9th house is the part of Trine and also the house of
Luck.
The gravity of influence a planet
can give also depend on the house which they own because we cannot expect the
good results for the planets being the lord of 6th, 8th,
or 12th House in comparison to Trines and Kendras.
·
Planets having the lordship of 1st,
5th and 9th House generally give good results and give
positive influence.
·
3rd, 6th and 11th
houses are deemed to give negative results but being upachaya houses the
results can be altered by the efforts of native. 3rd house is the
beginning of efforts at the mental level, 6th is the action taken on
the thought of 3rd house and 11th is the universally
known as house of gains i.e. fruits of thoughts and action of native.
·
If planet is owner of trine or quadrant
house, they become Yoga karaka planet resulting into good results in regard to
karaka’s of house and planet.
Yet
the uncommon but quiet easy way to analyse the horoscope is based upon the
position of Aries sigh, Langa and the planet whose result we want to consider.
This aspect is based on the chores assigned to each planet which they are
obliged to perform during their period. The steps to be followed are discussed:
a. Count
from Aries sign to Lagna
b. Count
from lagna sign/ rashi to the planet whose chore we want to ascertain.
c. Add
both a and b. Multiply the result derived with 2.
d. Multiply
the result with the total dasha period of that planet.
e. Finally
divide the result achieved in last step (d) with 27.
Hence
the last value received will be the chore performed by planet during its Dasha
Period (MD,AD etc.)
The
table of chores is given below for reference:
